Monitoring
Alarm Monitoring
ARC Security Solutions are proud to employ the largest fully qualified and highly-skilled team of technicians in Northland, enabling us to provide you with alarm systems where and when you need them most. ARC Security is committed to an immediate response time for all our monitored alarms, ensuring the security and safety of our clients and their assets.
How Monitoring Works
Your alarm is connected to a telephone line or wireless network, which allows your alarm to send signals from your control panel to the monitoring station (using a freephone number). Operators can then see what type of event is occurring, and are able to call keyholders, security guards or the police as required. Your alarm will also send signals of all arming and disarming, as well as a daily test signal. THESE CALLS ARE ALL FREE TO YOU.

Other Services
CCTV or video cameras can also be connected to monitoring, which will allow operators and clients to view monitored property during an event. Operators have the ability to capture images for later viewing, or for forwarding to the proper authorities. Operators and clients are also able to randomly access cameras during periods when a monitored area is vacated and by using the pan, tilt and zoom functions of your camera system, determine whether all is as it should be. This service is called ‘Cyber Tour’.
